2.2 Notifications and Marketing: To send updates on your subscriptionstatus, product updates, system announcements, and marketing messages youhave consented to. All marketing emails include a one-click unsubscribe link.
2.3 Product Optimization and Behavioral Analytics: To enhance systemstability and user experience by using anonymized and aggregated userbehavioral data.

5.1 Deleting an Account: You can permanently delete your account and allassociated personal data at any time using the "Delete Account" function in theapp. Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.

6. Minor Protection

6.2 We reserve the right to request proof of consent and to refuse or terminatethe use of accounts belonging to minors.
7. Policy Changes and Notification
7.1 Any revisions to this policy will be announced on our app and officialwebsite at least 30 days before they take effect, and we will also notify you viaemail or push notifications.
7.2 If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription andrequest account deletion before the effective date; otherwise, continued usewill be considered acceptance.

●1.2 Subscription Plans: ScoreLive offers various paid subscriptionplans. The fees and service content for all plans will be clearly statedon the service platform or on the subscription page of the application.
●1.3 Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renewaccording to the policy of the subscription platform you chose (e.g.,App Store or Google Play) at the time of purchase. The subscriptionplatform will send renewal reminders, and we will comply with therelevant regulations published by that platform.
●1.4 Cancellation and Refunds:
○Cancellation: You may manage and cancel your subscription atany time through the subscription platform. You will still haveaccess to the service for the remainder of the paid period aftercancellation.
○Refunds: All refund requests will be processed in accordance withthe policies of the subscription platform you used for the purchase,and our Company will not interfere with the refund decision.
2. User Conduct
●You are prohibited from posting or transmitting illegal, defamatory,obscene, or infringing content.
●You are prohibited from unauthorized copying, adapting, ordistributing service content.
●You are prohibited from attempting unauthorized access to our systemor other users' accounts.
●You are prohibited from engaging in fraud or any other behavior thatcompromises system security.
3. Intellectual Property
●The intellectual property rights to this service and all of its contentbelong to our Company or its licensors.
●You retain the rights to your original content but grant us a worldwide,non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to useit to operate, promote, and improve the service.
4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
●The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without anyguarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.●We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability touse the service.
5. Dispute Resolution
●These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China(Taiwan).
●Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the TaipeiDistrict Court, or you may choose to undergo mediation first.6. Changes to Terms
